Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us when you buy something. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

jellipopshop.com is operated by JENNZ LLC (“JelliPop”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t order.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Our products are made for kids, but the contract is with an adult, and the payment method must be yours or used with permission.

Safety

Choking hazard — small parts. Not for children under 3. JelliPop necklaces contain a gel-filled pendant on a chain. They are intended for ages 3 and up, and should not be worn in bed or unsupervised by very young children. The pendant is not food. If the gel body is split or punctured, stop using it — don’t let a child handle or ingest the contents — and contact us for a replacement.

Orders

A product listing is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase, and the contract forms when we email you a confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — most often because an item sold out between your order and our picking it, or because a price or description was wrong. Our stock figures are accurate to within a few minutes rather than instantaneous, so it is possible to buy the last of something twice. If that happens we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We will not substitute a different colourway without asking you first.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any duties or import taxes, which are covered on our Shipping page. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we aren’t obliged to honour it, and we’ll refund rather than quietly ship.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If a payment is reversed or charged back after we’ve shipped, we may recover the goods or the amount owed.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs and duties are on the Shipping page. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item — see Returns & Refunds. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a parcel goes missing in transit, that is ours to sort out, not yours.

Product appearance

Each pendant is filled by hand, so the glitter settles differently in every one. Yours will not be identical to the photographs, and small variations in the pattern and distribution of glitter are the nature of the product rather than a defect. Colours also vary between screens.

Our content

The JelliPop name, logo, product designs, photography and site copy belong to us. You may share and link to them; you may not use them commercially, resell our products as your own, or pass off imitations as ours, without written permission.

Using the site

Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don’t use it to do anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under consumer protection law, which these terms do not affect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be heard in its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections under the law of the place where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
