Shipping

We pack and ship within two business days. Tracking follows the moment it leaves.

Where we ship, and what it costs

• United States — $5.95, free over $40.00. 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Canada — $14.95. 6–10 business days after dispatch.

We don’t ship outside these countries yet. If you’re somewhere else and want one, email hello@jellipopshop.com — we keep a list and it is how we decide where to open next.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1pm Pacific on a business day are usually picked the same day; after that, the next one. We don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays. The delivery estimates above start when the parcel leaves us, not when you order.

Tracking

You’ll get two emails: one confirming the order, and one with a tracking number when it ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier scans it — a number that looks stuck on day one is normal.

Canadian orders: duties and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Orders to Canada may attract duties, GST/HST or a carrier handling fee on arrival. Those are set by Canada Border Services, not by us, they aren’t included in what you pay at checkout, and they’re payable by the recipient. If a parcel is refused at the border and returned to us, we’ll refund the item but not the shipping.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — before it ships we can change it, after it ships we can’t. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded for the item, minus the original shipping.

Split shipments

Occasionally an order ships in two parcels. You get tracking for each, and you’re never charged twice for shipping.
